Dan Warren is an attorney who has been a Daytona Beach municipal judge, justice of the peace, and city commissioner, and was named by Florida Governor Ferris Bryant as special counsel to the governor and as State Attorney to deal with the crisis in St. Augustine.
Morris Dees, co-founder of the Southern Poverty Law Center, is currently its Chief Trial Counsel.

On 3/8/08, ACCORD hosted Dan Warren at St. Paul AME Church for a book signing reception.
On 2/16/08, Dan Warren spoke at the Friends of the John H. Dickerson Heritage Library's 8th Annual Author Luncheon
at Bethune-Cookman University.
