Dan Warren is an attorney who has been a Daytona Beach municipal judge, justice of the peace, and city commissioner, and was named by Florida Governor Ferris Bryant as special counsel to the governor and as State Attorney to deal with the crisis in St. Augustine.


Morris Dees, co-founder of the Southern Poverty Law Center, is currently its Chief Trial Counsel.

Dan Warren has passed away.  A memorial is set for Friday, September 23, 2011 at 3pm at the Volusia County Courthouse in Deland.
